David Gray focuses on several areas of law including Product Liability, Toxic Torts, Insurance, Antitrust and Civil Litigation. He has a special expertise in Mass Tort Litigation Management including years of experience as in-house counsel for one of the firm’s clients. He also has experience in business transactions.

Mr. Gray has decades of experience in the design and use of Case Management  and Reporting Systems, Automated Billing and Analysis Software, Litigation Support and Document Imaging Systems.

Mr. Gray has negotiated the resolution of tens of thousands of personal injury cases and has drafted and negotiated administrative claims agreements with plaintiffs’ counsel in
multiple jurisdictions. 

Since the early 1980’s, Mr. Gray has been involved in federal and state legislative efforts regarding asbestos, including negotiations and testimony. Mr. Gray was also deeply involved in the negotiations leading to the creation of the Asbestos Claims Facility as well as with those leading to its dissolution.

Mr. Gray is admitted to practice in Ohio and Indiana State Courts.  Mr. Gray is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Gray is a member of the Toledo, the Ohio, the Indiana and American Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute.
